Know before you buy

When you buy a bike online with Click & Collect your pickup location is responsible for fulfilling the purchase and becomes your Local Bike Shop. Please keep this in mind before driving 4 hours to find yourself a new bike. It is true what they say “when you’re shopping for a bike, you’re also shopping for a bike shop” even when it is bought online, which brings us to point number 2.

Momemtum warrants our frames and components to be free from defects in material and workmanship and will replace defective components with available stock. However, we do not cover any associated labour costs with said replacement. It is highly recommended that you return to the original purchasing shop to process any warranties. On top of warranty your local bike shop is also responsible for any service packages that come along with the bike. Many shops will give free adjustments, do a quick bike sizing and much more with the purchase of a bike. This service package DOES NOT transfer to other shops as its unique to the store you picked the bike up from.

The Covid-19 pandemic has increased demand for bicycles while also putting tremendous strain on the supply chain. We are doing our very best to deliver bikes to retailers as quickly as possible. If you have pre-ordered a bike with a store, please note that we are seeing delays and that any ETAs are just that, estimates. These delays can range from the factory, to shipping, to customs, to just getting the bike out of the box and built for you. Please be patient, we really do want to see you on your new bike.

Our online store shows stock from retailers that actively share inventory with us. After this information we do not know what retailers have available as many of their models have been sold and/or pre-sold. Below is a list of retailers that share stock information with us. If your local dealer is on this list and they don’t show stock of the model you want chances are they don’t have it. If your local dealer is not on the list, please contact the store directly for availability as we cannot speak on their behalf.
