We've partnered with V12 Retail Finance to provide a range of finance options to suit all budgets. All bikes are available on 0% APR finance. A minimum deposit of 10% is required, with payments spread over a period of 6 – 48 months.
Gear and accessories can be purchased with finance in conjunction with a qualifying bike. Please note that the finance term is calculated by the bike value rather than the basket value.

How does Klarna financing work?
- Add products to your cart and head to the checkout (min spend £35).
- Select either 'Pay Later ' to pay in 30 days, or 'Pay Later in 3' to pay over time in 3 interest-free instalments.
- Your order is then complete, and will be sent to your local Momentum store for collection - we will notify you when the products are ready to be picked up.

Purchasing
Can I Use Finance To Purchase A New Momentum Bike?
Anybody can use our flexible finance options, as long as they meet the following criteria; - Be at least 18 years of age - Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more - Be able to make repayments by direct debit - Be in regular employment* (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.) If you meet the criteria, then there will be a full credit check upon application to assess further.
How Long Does It Take To Apply Online?
Our online application form is a fast and easy process. Once complete, your application will then be instantly sent to the finance company and they will get a response to you as soon as possible. Some applications may take longer to process. If for any reason we can't give you an instant decision, you will be notified on screen as part of the application process and also by e-mail, with a follow up e-mail as soon as a decision is confirmed.
Will V12 perform a credit check?
Yes. A credit check forms part of the automated decision making process. You will be notified at which point during the application process the credit check will take place.
If my application is not accepted, can I re-apply?
Yes. V12 acknowledge that your circumstances change and just because we have refused a previous application, it does not mean that they will automatically turn down a further request. V12 do suggest however, that you leave at least 6 months between applications.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my credit agreement if I change my mind?
You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement). If you wish to withdraw you must give the finance company notice in writing or by telephone or email. The name of your finance company will be clearly shown on your credit agreement (see contact details below). Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal.
What happens if I want to return an item I bought with finance?
Returns for goods purchased through finance are handled exactly the same as any other order. Simply notify us of your cancellation request via our online form and we will process the cancellation within 3-5 days - any payments you have made will be automatically refunded.
How do I ask a question about my credit agreement?
If you have a question, require further information or if there is anything you do not understand regarding the credit agreement, please call V12 Retail Finance on 029 2046 8900 or seek free, independent advice from organisations such as the Citizen Advice Bureau or the Money Advice Service.
Can I pay my agreement off early?
Yes. Process
Can I use finance to purchase a sale bike?
Unfortunately, we do not offer sale bikes with 0% APR finance at the moment, although we do occasionally run limited-time offers in which this may become available.
How does financing work?
Finance is available on selected products ordered through our website, provided by V12 Retail Finance. The finance offers available are product specific and are displayed on eligible products. When you proceed with your order, simply choose V12 Retail Finance at the checkout and you will be redirected to the V12 website to complete your application. If you have any questions or problems with your application you can contact V12 Retail Finance. If your application is successful, your order will be confirmed to Giant - we will contact you by email to let you know your order is proceeding. If your application is unsuccessful, V12 Retail Finance will inform you and your order will be automatically cancelled.
When do my repayments start?
You don't make any payments until you have collected your items. Your first payment is approximately 30 days from the point of acceptance, but dependent on when you collect your items. For first payment date details please refer to your credit agreement, online V12 portal or contact V12 Retail Finance directly.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes - the minimum deposit is 10% of the product value, however you can enter any deposit you wish up to 50%. This can be entered at the checkout stage once you've added the bike to your basket.
My application was declined, can I discuss this with Momentum?
Applications and the final decision are dealt with solely by V12 Retail Finance, so we are unable to provide any information on specific cases or reasons for being declined. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact V12 Retail Finance directly.
Collections
My order is ready for collection - what ID do I need to bring?
For fraud prevention and security reasons, we ask that you bring a copy of your credit agreement (an online copy is acceptable), Passport or Drivers licence, a utility bill with the same address as the order (no less than 3 months old) and the card you used to place the deposit (the last 4 digits need to match).
Can a friend or family member make the collection for me?
Unfortunately not, for fraud prevention and security reasons we can only hand over the bike to the person with the credit agreement and passes the identification checks.

Finance is subject to status. From time to time, we may vary the terms of our finance offer at our discretion. To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, in regular employment and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Finance as a payment method is provided through our external partner V12 Retail Finance. If your application is successful you will enter into a Credit Agreement with V12 Retail Finance.

Payments
How does pay later work?
Once you've chosen the 'pay later' option at checkout and the order is confirmed, you'll receive an email from Klarna within two days outlining the payment instructions. From the email, you receive 30 days to try your order and only pay when you're happy with the products.
What happens if I don't pay within 30 days?
To help you pay on time, Klarna will alert you two days before payment is due and, if very late, they’ll also send you a text or letter too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score will be affected.
Pay later - When can I pay?
You can pay for the order at any point after receiving the email, as long as its within the 30 day window.
How does pay later in 3 work?
Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Momentum and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
Can I make payments before the due dates?
In the Klarna app, you’ll have the option to pay off a single instalment or even the entire balance earlier if preferred.
I've changed my card details, what happens to my payments?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 purchase from the debit or credit card used at checkout. If they’re unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make one more attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. If this last payment attempt fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount, which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due two days ahead of attempting to collect your payment.

Am I eligible for Klarna?
To qualify for Klarna products, you will need to be at least 18 years old, have a UK payment credit or debit card, and have a UK residential address.
Does Klarna make a credit check against me?
No, Pay Later and Pay Later in 3 do not require any credit checks. Klarna perform a 'soft search' to establish affordability, however this is not visible on your credit file.
