The bike standover height is the distance from the ground to the top of the top tube of your frame. The easiest way to measure this is to grab a book, a tape measure and put on the shoes you&rsquo;ll wear when riding. Stand with your back against a wall and place the book between your upper thighs, snug to your crotch.
